HOSPICE LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)
A Path of Care Hospice in Hugo, OK is seeking a PRN Hospice Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, skilled care to patients in their homes. This role is ideal for an LPN who wants to grow professionally while working with a dedicated, mission‑driven healthcare team.

What You'll Do as a Hospice LPN
As a Hospice LPN, you provide direct patient care under the supervision of the RN Case Manager and play a vital role in supporting patients and families. Your responsibilities include:
